I also like chocolate, but not in bar or candy, more as a topping or ingredient.

I drink cold chocolate milk when it's not winter.

Indeed, perhaps they might have some inexplicable allergies.

I knew a girl who couldn't eat chocolate because allergies. So sad! And she craved it all the time, too! :cMaster wrote:Unless it's poisonous for some bizarre reason.

Re: Chocolate topic
I know a girl that's allergic to virtually half of everything. Thankfully, dark chocolate was not on that list if I remember correctly.

Aww, that is sad indeed. Even I, who doesn't really eat choc on its own would miss it in some of my favourite dessert dishes.

Yeah, I do hope they find a way to overcome that, because that can't be nice at all.

Re: Chocolate topic
How is it that I've never bumped this topic, in my five years of being here?
Well, saves me the trouble of having to create such a thing! I do wish there was a poll though on what everyone's preferences are though......
Anyways since we're nearing the colder winter holidays in the northern hemisphere, I'd like to discuss hot chocolate here and everyone's preferences. Do you drink hot chocolate, first off?. If so, do you drink it plain? Or do you add flavorings and/or toppings?
For me, I'd be ok with drinking any hot chocolate, and I'll probably find it delicious. I do have preferences for hot chocolate, but the one I'll start off with is that I usually use milk/cream/half&half as a base instead of water.
