--- Failed the driving exam

- Have to stay an extra hour at school on Tuesdays, and start an hour earlier on Thursdays, for chemistry.
- Chemistry sucks.
- So does physics and mathematics and probably Engligh, but I can't really judge my English classes yet 'cause we haven't really done anything.
- This year's timetables are messed up and confusing and full of holes.
+ Wednesdays now finish about 30 minutes earlier..... Yay?

- I am suffering from constipation.

- I just came home from the longest day of university yet: 8:30 AM till 6 PM.
- Ridiculous amounts of rain today.

- The result of the above two combined: my feet have been soaking wet for the past 11 hours.

- I sense something awful is about to happen. I'd like to describe the feeling I'm having as a plane in its lift-off sequence. If you have fear of flying, use caution to proceed reading.
At first, the aircraft accelerates and lifts up into the air. Everything is fine and amazing. Then the engines stall and drop off (why not). Something bad has already happened, but for a while, nobody inside the craft is aware of it, not even the pilot. For a momentary glimpse of time, the craft floats on the remainder of the upwards thrust, in the illusion that everything is going to right way, the good way. But as gravity overtakes the decreasing upwards accelerating thrust, the situation turns very grim in a short, short timespan.

I am that pilot. I am unaware of the dangers at present, but subject to their consequences in the future.

I hope my fears are ungrounded. That is all.

No, I did theorical exam in October and passed at first attempt.

It was actually the practical one, of real driving. Oh well, next time I guess?

How long do you have to wait before you can try again?

@THEDragon I can understand maths and kind of the chemistry/physics side (at least I was a good student in basic school in these two subjects), but English? I dare to disagree my friend.

@Tobbe I don't know yet. I think next week I'll know the details of how do we plan for the next exam request. But after requesting it, its one month of wait.

English is grate.

It could be worse... I got my license and I don't even know how to drive ... they didn't teach me properly... damn Colombia. I don't even try to drive because, well... I don't want to kill anyone.

It's only a matter of time before I start having to learn how to drive as well...I have no idea what I'm in for though...

British Columbia has some of the strictest driving requirements in the world; it takes five years from the point you start learning to when you get your full licence at the very least.

I've got my N (half-licence). It basically means that I'm now allowed to have more than one passenger in the car at a time outside my immediate family, and I cannot drive between 23:00 and 5:00. Also, if I get any tickets whatsoever, it adds another nine months onto the time I have to wait before I can get my full licence.
