EDIT: Also, why is Rayman in his japanese style? With the blue body, that's pretty weird since the site also contains a purple version but it's not used I think

No, probably not. I think it is suppose to reflect Mario 3's design, but I may be wrong.

Uhm, I'm guessing it's going to either be a crappy rubber keychan or a t-shirt, if it is actually a keychain I hope it's going to have Rayman on the front and not some crap like his fist etc

Not at all, it seems to always be a surprise. Looks like you can watch videos of the previous ones to get a better idea though. And I'm pretty sure it won't be Rabbid stuff, they would've put a Rabbid image in there if it were the case.
