Happy welcome to the forums, spikez.
And well, I wouldn't consider me as new, but I'm back now, whether you like it or not. I just hadn't so much time to visit the community regurlarly, but for now I try to be as active as in previous times

Aha ha ha, Thanks dude (if you don't mind me calling you that). Your attitude is welcoming like a house owner making guests feel like they're home on a special ocassion like Xmas!

Hi, I'm Chilly Willy. I'm a developer who likes to do homebrew. Most of my stuff has been on the PSP, but I also recently started working on SEGA Genesis/CD/32X homebrew as well. I mostly joined because I'm a big Rayman fan. This seems the place to be for Rayman fans. :D

Thanks. I'm sure I'll enjoy my time here. Some people like to do their own levels - I like to mess with code.

What's the capital of Peru? :fou:

I was just playing Rayman PSX on my PSP. I swear, Rayman is like the perfect game for a portable. Another that's really good on the PSP is Tomba. Both are very colorful and imaginative platformers that look good and respond well to the controls. I wonder how many others play Rayman on the PSP...

It should be. I lost my Rayman 2 disc on my last move, so I've got another coming in from eBay. Some people report that R2 works or doesn't work depending on the revision of the pops libs, so popsloader might be needed to get it running. Another common error people often make is not ripping the CDDA tracks. I know Rayman won't work without the CDDA, and I suspect Rayman 2 won't either (it DOES have CDDA, doesn't it? I can't remember if it does or not).

Welcome to PC, Chilly Willy ;) I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy yourself here! We have a project to create a Rayman fangame for the PSP here, but it's been quite inactive for a while, maybe you could help :)
