+ After seeing said play and being inspired as such, I decided to spend six hours learning, perfecting (to the best of my ability) and memorising the complete second half of Rachmaninoff's Étude Tableau Op.33 No.8, as well as the incredibly strenuous third and fourth lines of his more famous Prelude in G minor. Now I can't wait to spend another good 3-5 hours tomorrow practicing some more, and some more.
If I want to own my ARCT (professional performing/teaching certificate) which I'm getting ever so close to, spending this much time ballin' out on the piano aught to have me there in no time. Fuck my social life, this is way more productive.
