I see what you mean. Its just that the topic that is of similarity to LGBT can really be a sensitive one to discuss. Which is why I try to refrain from such discussions. Cause the littlest thing like even a simple joke that wasn't meant to appear offensive can sometimes set people off. I've seen, and actually been in that situation before in the past, and so I've stopped from saying anything about it.

I'd actually thought you wouldn't have taken nr's "you look like a lesbian" comment as well as you did. I guess because she didn't it in an "out of context way" like "oh goodness, she's obviously a lesbian!" Must also be the fact that most Americans these days are complete sensitive idiots.
