Well feel free to answer the question or give a new one since the question giver appears to have been inactive since last year! I doubt anyone would be too interested in this these days since general knowledge could mean practically anything.

To be honest, I don't even know what questions we should be asking, because it's hard to know what fields people would have knowledge in. It can vary wildly, and even if we asked regional questions, everyone is from a different place. I'm also not exactly someone who says up to date on what celebs are doing and what's "in" right now, so I would personally be clueless on such questions.

Well, there are two options. We can set a common topic for each season (sports, science, television, music, or even videogames...) or keep going as always, which is to ask a little bit of everything (but in a way that is affordable for most of the people of course; if I start asking about Spanish geography, for example, all of you would would tell me to go to hell ). This isn't a contest where people are fighting to win thousands of euros, so we don't have to think of the most far-fetched questions constantly, isn't it?

By all means feel free to take over if you can handle it! But yeah a theme for this quiz would be a good idea.
