When Gaia was a baby, Mister Dark ordered Raymesis to kidnap her since she might also have futrue vision.

Blah blah, he gets redeemed as adopts her as his step daughter

Then Mister dark disowned him?

Yep, he did... he did disown him.

Has he returned his niceness since?

Yes, Raymesis is still closed off (They live outside of where Gaia lives), but he has a soft spot for Gaia

Shes a sea monster, and a huge one at that! Shes feared by mostly everyone.. but Gaia.

Yep! I like the trope of "though on the outside soft on the inside"! Shes also a really good aunt!

I like the idea of more nymphs turning into monsters, akin to how Big Mama is actually the Death Fairy in the final game. Speaking of which, maybe it was originally intended for the Four Kings to be mutated versions of the game's worlds' respective nymphs?

Heres Helena!
When her and her other sisters were kids, Helena didnt like the warmer weather due to the heat. She lives in the hills, and comes out to ask for favours from travelers. If they can do the favour, she'll reward them with magical comfortable clothes that'll keep them warm for whatever weather they find themselves in.

I based her story off of a German folktale about a women living in the woods called Buschgroßmutter!
