I think

Small blue ones with eyes, big ones without eyes, chains of small eyeless blue ones which end in big eyeless blue ones (which can be punched and spun), small red ones with eyes and large red ones without eyes (both of which cause instant death) in Designer and Junior, and small green ones with eyes in Designer.

There are blue spiky balls which just levitate and hurt, big on chains which can spin if you punchthem, big red which are even more dangerous, green ones which are the same as normal blue ones, and large ones.

Blue spiky balls (steady and moving) and swinging blue ones in the original Rayman. There are green spiky balls too, but these are exclusive to Rayman Designer. The red ones are for the learning games, and there are the big-non swinging versions.

There is blue little spiky balls with eyes who move around.
Big blue spiky ball with a chain and who can be shooted.
Big red spiky ball who stand on the ground.
Big blue spiky ball, like the red one.
And green with eyes in Rayman Designer.
