Companies say 'beginning of April' when they want to get you excited for the first period of April. Then they'll release it when they release it, maybe or maybe not actually in that beginning of April. They just say it to give you a vague indication of when it'll come - and to get you hyped for its release. Maybe they release it the 20th. Then you'll have been excited for it all that time, even more so because it didn't actually come out the first week, like you thought they meant when they said 'the beginning'.
