Just to get it out there unless those 11 voters say who they are, or Harpic himself admits to either pressuring people to vote or is using secondary accounts to vote then we can't do anything under the notion of we have no proof that these aren't legit, despite the awful suspicion around them.

The exact translation for "bitch", would be "salope", but there is a rime, with the above phrase.

He is making a google like translation here, because he is translating "bitch" to "dog", the french version is more correct.
