I've been playing The Last of Us. I'm only at the beginning stages of the game, but I am liking it more than the Uncharted series, as it feels much less generic, while having the same mechanics and engine as the Uncharted games.

Playing Assassin's Creed 2, really love the game.

I figured out how to do more than just spawn and throw things in Garry's Mod today.

Ahah yes, good ol' Monteriggoni. You've basically just completed the prologue, and now's where the game really starts picking up.

My friend and I are currently playing through Crash Bash, it's nostalgic as heck. We're just grateful that 'my' crappy old disc is working!!!

I feel like I'm the only one here who strongly disliked Crash Bash, I never understood why the game got so much praise. It really felt like a bland party game to me. And what's worse is that the same levels are recycled throughout the story.

Hm, I'll admit, I've been following it after recently jumping into the series. I'm assuming given the closed nature of the BETA, that you can't elaborate?

I've been playing the original Rayman and Donkey Kong 64, as well as the original Crash Bandicoot a lot lately. Though I feel like I should be playing more PS2 games, strangley. Maybe I've been craving some since I haven't played any in awhile.

Agreed. I could never get into Uncharted because it seemed so lackluster.

Well it's not like the dev is lurking on a Rayman forum. ^^
It's just that the combat feels really off - you don't feel like you're hitting anything. While the game looks pretty good, they seem to have went for a more cartoony approach; especially in the animations, which makes it all feel too smooth. You've probably noticed the same thing in the video's they've shown so far.

The quests I've played were pretty nice though.
I had (and reported) quite a lot of bugs in one of my 3 play sessions so far and my game crashed twice (that was just before I posted about it here), but in the other two I didn't get a single bug.

Probably going to try and finish GTA V this week-end, I've still got a big pile of games waiting for me!

As for Crash Bash, I find it better than Mario Party.

Still can't comprehend how an inividual can "strongly dislike" a masterpiece such as Twinsanity, but okay. Anyways, I'm not quite a fan of party games. Unless they're on the level of "relationship destroying Monopoly clone".

Just bought Banjo Kazooie, really liking it so far!

shadow warrior (2013) liking it allot right now, tho the humor isnt as good as the original from 1997.
