If it was a friend or a family member, I would think he'd immediately have said so instead of straight up denying it. By how he originally reacted before in welcoming it showed no signs of such a case either.

Jlfksjlfl or not, we'd be getting onto any member potentially cheating. We must treat everyone equally.

Usually people don't need to ask if it were a family or friend, if it was the case then there usually is no hesitation in letting the staff know. Which he has not and still has yet to do. All he needed to do is say so. Which he could still come and say so.

Any cheating is a serious matter, and we must deal with it appropriately. Some cases more severe than others, but we do give you guys a chance to admit it before the situation gets worse or a chance to clear things up. Example, this case probably can be cleared up. So Toxine has his chance still, if he would come here and tell us.

Is the I.P. used during the registration of this account the same than ToxineXY's one ?

In the absence of an explanation from Toxine, we can only assume that it is the same person and that he's cheating. So, like Hoodcom said, he's welcome to come here and prove us wrong, but in the meantime that vote is invalid.
