Clue #5: The phase in a level I am thinking of usually has no music playing unless Rayman does something.
Clue #5a: This particular phase focuses on a power Rayman acquires during the game.
Clue #5b: Rayman must trigger a switch in this phase to move forward.
Clue #5c: This level is in Rayman 3, and the colors that Rayman changes into with this power are blue, green, and yellow.

That is the correct answer!! Music does not play in that stage of the Longest shortcut unless either the switch is pressed or you touch the crazy shoe (which I didn't mention since it would have completely given it away). The stage focuses on using the lockjaw and flying hooks to get all the crowns. Yeah I kind of feel dumb, I misread the second clue and thought it's a level where you gain a power
