Now I just need to get my head around the structure of Rayman's seaside house. It's virtually impossible to tell what's going on with it from the two instances of it partially being shown. For me, anyway.

Oh! You are right! I do see it now. And yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the house of the Musician and his family.

I'm thoroughly unconvinced, considering this isn't the first time you've outright lied to us to promote a "discussion," and nor I'm guessing be the last. Aside from that though, the video looks to be edited, given that older games, including the PC version of Rayman, take a bit of time to load CDDA tracks, whereas in this video, the continue track loads instantly. I also have a hard time believing that you found a bit of code buried deep in the game files that people that have specifically been looking for it for ages have not, and I'm guessing be a lot less nonchalant if you had actually found it.
But, hey, prove me wrong, if this is somehow true, it'd be a wonderful edition to Rayman Optimum.

I’m using an image ripped from my CD. That’s why it loads CDDA tracks instantly.technology4617 wrote:I'm thoroughly unconvinced, considering this isn't the first time you've outright lied to us to promote a "discussion," and nor I'm guessing be the last. Re: Rayman 1
I mean that wouldn't cause the tracks to load instantly (at least, not that quickly) due to how the software functions, so you've inadvertently proven you're lying.Fifo wrote:Yep. But I’m NOT LYING! Everything is REAL! Even ePSXe loads CDDA instantly!technology4617 wrote:I mean that wouldn't cause the tracks to load instantly (at least, not that quickly) due to how the software functions, so you've inadvertently proven you're lying.Fifo wrote:Yep. I have huge doubts that Fifo found the code, but I would love to be proven wrong.
Re: Rayman 1
It took me 4 hours to find the code. I, unfortunately, can’t reveal it. Period.

No fucking shit. Take this fifty ting deduction, it'll bring you one step closer to eventually realising that GOT4N shouldn't be your role model when it comes to learning how to lie.Fifo wrote:I, unfortunately, can’t reveal it. Period.
