it has improved a bit, but i think that's mainly because my brother has lost interest so i don't have to take turns with him. the problem is, the harder i try, the more i get hit.

That's common and wouldn't affect your high score too much.

A prime example is in TOTL, the level with the attacking shuttles. You can combo over 30 of them, but if you miss one of them, you lose 300 points. It's so hard to do.

Yes, same for me.

I got points by defeating enemies and collecting items the same way. I was never bothered to try something different. So therefore, i don't pay attention to my scores.

One of my personal favorites is Hoodlum Headquarters. Part 2 is really fun to play as over 30,000 points can be earned just by beating hoodlums. It really is a fun level to play.

I'll admit that the scenery is pretty bad, but it's really fun to play, in my opinion.

it's either the land of the livid dead or the tower of leptys for me.

TLOTLD is my favorite level too. Closely followed by CF. They seem to be the only levels that have originality. I also love the scenery in those levels.

exactly. but i also love tlotld and the leptys tower for their battles and level layouts, some of them are really cool and well thought out.

Partly agreed.

FC, CF, TBOM, TLOTLD and LS seem to have wonderful layouts and have been carefully planned. In my opinion, the rest are very sloppy, with graphics errors. For example, in TDOTK, some walls are exactly the same as the ground, and some patterns have been overused. Maybe that's just my opinion.
