Disappointed in my performance compared to last year. Didn't have the energy to go bonkers like last year.

But I am looking forward to next year. Hopefully I'll finally be up to doing an all-nighter.

Thanks, over the years we've almost completely automated the process, the report now gets generated automatically and dishing out the rewards is almost as simple as clicking a button.
