I think for the important key cutscenes, english should be used, but for the hub world when talking to people, Raymanian would serve nicely there, just my two cents I'd throw in there.

Hm, I would find that a bit strange. I think you need to have either Raymanian or an Earth-language, not both being interchanged. I do appreciate the idea - it would be interesting - but I don't think it'd work very nicely.
