Indeed I can, although, tfw Steam won't stop with the SSL errors when you've tried everything and you know make-ca is installed.

Tfw multiple people's PCs crash at various points during a conference call, including yours.

tfw it somehow turns out that there was no ca-certificates.crt file in /etc/ssl/certs and this wasn't described properly, so you just copy the file from Gentoo for now.
