I know for sure that my card was charged only just 3 days after I preordered; not that I'm in a hurry but it'd be nice to know when we're gonna get them.

Pix'n'Love doesn't give a date of availability for the book. However, other platforms where you can buy it do: Amazon and Fnac say the book will be available on the 24th of October.

You can ask Motormike if you want more information about it.

Fifo was just "joking" about that soundtrack.
Amazon say my copy of the book will reach me on Halloween at the earliest.

Nothing. I was bored, so I just edited in the PS1 soundtrack.

Because you have to have it sent to you. But the official release date is the 24th.

Most books should arrive around Halloween with International mailing. I guess French ones should arrive around the 27th/28th. It's a book after all .

I'm glad to have shared the picture with you guys! This piece really shows the outstanding art Rayman 1 had.

As much as I love the Rayman 1 characters in their classic artstyle, I find it amusing how every member of Rayman's species (Except the baby) has pretty much the exact same face, just different hair. If Rayman 1 was ever remade with an altered artstyle (Not redisgned, just different artstyle) then maybe that's something that could be taken into consideration.

Huh now that you mention it, I've never actually noticed that! It does look a bit strange to me now.. xD

And they seem to have that one smile that they really like to make in the artwork.

Also, I'd just like to take this moment to mention that I still find Rayman's face on the Mona Lisa incredibly bizarre-looking and kinda freaked me out when I first played Rayman Advance. (Actually, I think that game as a whole kinda freaked me out when I first played it)

That's kinda like how every Yoshi looks like just a different-coloured Yoshi, though.

And I just remembered, I can go fight Mr Dark in Rayman Advance now. I guess I should go do that.

Hey, tell me if the battle is signifficantly different in that version of the game when you're done.

Well, the battle in Rayman Advance isn't different, except you get a health powerup after fighting the Mr Stone/Skops hybrid. I don't know if that happens in the other versions. Also, of course, there's that way of avoiding Dark Rayman.

And I just had this hilarious mental image of the raypeople returning and being like "We actually had limbs all along" but they just have random junk stuck where their limbs should be, like rope, springs and cardboard tubes.

What way of avoiding Dark Rayman? I haven't gotten to Candy Château on Advance yet either.

If you run-jump and helicopter over the sparkle, it doesn't trigger.
