Intervals or constant pace?, < asks

< tries to keep a constant pace. Would intervals be more efficient? I haven't really read much about running yet, other than some basic stuff e.g. correct posture.

< Does think that either case, it is quite a healthy activity to get into, < definitely needs to do that.

< knows that intervals are more efficient if you want to raise your maximal oxygen uptake, which is a pretty good indicator of your general physical fitness.
