You are also attempting to create an appropriate model to satisfy the preying eye of the opposite sex, a model which does not satisfy yourself, it is one designed to attract a mate. As long as you are healthy and not medically overweight, you are perfect. Stop trying to conform to what society and the opposite sex has claimed to be "perfect" because it doesn't exist and instead focus on keeping yourself healthy and the more important things in life like plum juice
