I'm pretty sure purple is a colour associated with death and evil (just like it's used in western areas, like where poisons and wiches clothing and evil gas are usually purple coloured, but more somin Japan)

Color purple has nothing to do with evil in any Asian country besides Thailand. There are might some other countries but Japan is not one of them.

Oh, seems the people who created the Japanese version thought purple was bad in Japan, but it wasn't the case. Sorry about that.

Still, it doesn't change the fact that Jano's hat was changed from purple to red because they thought it would mean death. Sureley purple would be appropriate for him?


Also just found a funny Bug thingy in Rayman Revolution (and possibly R2 TGE) where in the sanctuary of fire and ice when you ride the shell, you can just fall off the edge and because the shell isn't programmed with gravity and instead is programmed to just veer downwards when it's not touching the ground, if you are suspended in mid air (possible by falling to the left at the beginning) you just go round and round and round doing loop-de-loops until you hit a wall or suddenly turn directly downwards unable to move because the game realises you're just spinning. Also if you hit the side of the wall right at an angle, you won't blow up and instead will run around the inner wall of the area forever.

Well, Jano's hat more than likely uses the same texture as Polokus', so...

And I knew about that shell thing, it's more annoying than anything else because it can screw you over badly if you think you've managed to save yourself, but don't have the angle quite right.

The first thing I would've though if I were asked is that, if anything, Jano's green colour represents greed and temptation, given, you know, the whole thing that went down in the Cave of Bad Dreams.

I would've thought he's a zombie made of rotting flesh. I do think that.

I just realised on the Rayman 2 box art thing there are some hidden initials.

Under Rayman's shoe is a heart with M+A written in it, and on the upper left of the explosion are A, I and J+L.

Do these mean anything?

Ah, I noticed that before. I believe it means Michel+Alexandra since she was involved in the concept art of Rayman 2. At least she did collaborate in this way for the RTAS.
