tfw you suddenly remember that symlinking that to /etc/ssl/ca-bundle.crt was what fixed your issue with Steam before, and you forgot that when previously asked about it. :oops2:

This actually worked, thanks! :P

tfw you spend ages wondering why Proton 5 doesn't work while Proton 4 does, and nothing on the internet is of any help aside from mentioning vulkan config files in /etc, yet they don't exist. Then suddenly, you look at LunarXchange, realise that it mentions "$HOME/.local/share/vulkan/", rename it to fuckedvulkan out of annoyance, and Proton 5 is fixed! :mrgreen:

tfw you realize several months after buying a new monitor that your PC has been driving it at 60 Hz, even though it's rated for 75 Hz, because it never occurred to you to check the settings. :oops2:

tfw your monitor is tempormental, as is your DP cable, so it sometimes turns black and you have to reinsert the cable for it to cop on.
