5 jumbo sized bars? That would be too much for me, that's for certain...I can't even finish 1 jumbo sized bar, because I'd feel guilty about not sharing it...
If I was a kid I could finish that much. These days about half a bar is good enough for me in one sitting.

I’d wanna finish it when I was a kid, but I know damn well I couldn’t. How big are you people’s stomachs?

The demons won. I made the hot chocolate in August. I couldn't find a smaller mug, so I used my own, and we didn't have much milk left so it's not a lot. But it is pretty good. When we get more milk, I might start making hot chocolate out of season. Maybe I'll make it my yearly Record Day tradition!

Ooooooh, I'd be up for joining you on that if I had some and wasn't at home!

I'd be down to having hot chocolate drinking buddies on Record Day!
...Maybe I should listen to my demons more often, that was actually pretty good.

I still have some hot chocolate mix hidden in my wardrobe (yeah, I keep it safe from my family

), the packages containing the mix do not have an expiration date written on it and I have thrown the original box..
I hope they won't expire for next winter!

Mmm..hot chocolate on a cold winters night. Too bad that won’t happen here until next year when January comes.

It's sad to see some of those expire right before winter basically for you to buy again
Do churros exist in Italy?

They are not very popular over here, but I've seen them sometimes being sold as street food, I remember trying them once with chocolate and I liked them!

I feel kinda out of place here knowing I’ve only ever had churros once

Wait cocoa mixes expire? I remember holding a small jar of this for several months and it still was good.
Recently I came across my sister’s dark chocolate almonds and found some of them have bloomed. Thankfully the flavor wasn’t altered that much and still tasted good. Was more baffled when she told me she forgot and left it there for a couple weeks!

Of course it has an expiration date!

Obviously, with everything in it it's not going to expire the next day, but maybe it expires 8 months after you bought it. This also happens with some foods. It also depends on how it is preserved, of course...

I see, I’ve always thought they were non-perishable…
I wonder if there are people in this community who like the controversial white chocolate

As in any sorta white choc or some variety in particular?
I'm fond of white, dark and regular dairy milk chocolates. I used to trend more dark chocolate but there was this crunchy Cadbury Caramilk that took my fancy but they seem to have stopped and I haven't really found a chocolate to replace it. Plain old White is alright but it lacks texture and feels too sweet without something inside to complement it. I find I'm also feeling the same about regular Dairy Milk as well these days as well, so maybe I'm just getting less tolerant of pure sugar

Yeah, dairy milk is definitely one I wouldn’t consider to be a proper chocolate, I’ll of course still eat it because it tastes amazing but I’d rather have something really chocolatey, if you know what I mean
