Re: Rayman 3
It's okay, Rayman can hit the gas, brake and clutch at the same time, he also has 2 hands on the steering wheel and one on the stick shift at all times so he doesn't need an automatic

Re: Rayman 3
What about his overly larger left eye?
Re: Rayman 3
Is that what you meant by that? Must just be to keep the art style. I noticed that in UbiArt but it flips depending on the direction you're facing.

Re: Rayman 3
I noticed once that Rayman's left(or was it right) was bigger than his other eye facing one direction, then normal facing the other.
Re: Rayman 3
Is that in R3?

I dunno remember which game actually. I think I'm posting on the wrong thread for this though
Re: Rayman 3
It might have just been an emulator that wasn't scaling properly

It was his Rayman 1 look, but i don't remember the game isaw it in.
Re: Rayman 3
I feel like if you used an emulator it might have just scaled incorrectly causing some stretched pixels but do let me know if you see it again.

Re: Rayman 3
That happens in Rayman Brain Games, the USA release of the PlayStation version of Rayman Junior. Graphics are pretty bad on that port. The Jonster wrote:I noticed once that Rayman's left(or was it right) was bigger than his other eye facing one direction, then normal facing the other.
Re: Rayman 3
Has the plum ever went invisible on anyone in Rayman 3?
I threw it at the stick then turned to a Matuvu but heard the plum fall and it was no longer visible. I only got a very short video because I tested to see was it recording then the software crapped out on me and crashed the game
My new LOTLD score is 81858. That's an improvement of 12000 over the previous one
I know it still needs more improvement but I'm getting better

Yes you are getting better at this!Steo wrote:Has the plum ever went invisible on anyone in Rayman 3?

That happened to me once too, on one of the most recent playthroughs I had. I put it down when I was fighting the Hoodstormer, then all of a sudden Rayman picked something up out of nowhere and when I looked back the plum was gone!
That might be a glitch. I may have to do some more research on this...

Great job! Any improvement is a good one.Steo wrote:My new LOTLD score is 81858. That's an improvement of 12000 over the previous one
If you like, you can go right back to LOTLD, or go to other places for good scoring like CF, HH or TOTL. There's no wrong choice.

My current score in the TLOTLD is 100505. Not bad, I guess, considering how I did it all blind this time without looking at any guides or top scorer's tips.
I've played this game so many times finding the cages are like second nature to me.
I really should start working on this again when I have free time.

Haha yeah I guess I was looking at your post quoting him and I accidentally inserted your username. The Jonster wrote:I fixed the quote for you.
Nope, not bad at all. Still some work there to be done, but that's a solid score. The Jonster wrote:My current score in the TLOTLD is 100505. Not bad, I guess, considering how I did it all blind this time without looking at any guides or top scorer's tips.
Re: Rayman 3
Oh yeah I know 81000 isn't enough but I'm getting slightly better though
If I could get a 12000 improvement out of nowhere like that then I'm sure I can do it again.

Re: Rayman 3
Thanks Ray.
Hmmm...I waited on the GC but that Hoodmonger in the Bog of Murk always keeps getting defeated. I wonder if the percentage rates for the Hoodmonger's survival are different between different versions?

Re: Rayman 3
I have never played the GameCube version, but I don't think so. Sometimes you get lucky and the Hoodmonger survives and sometimes you don't. Just keep restarting and hopefully he survives. The Jonster wrote:Hmmm...I waited on the GC but that Hoodmonger in the Bog of Murk always keeps getting defeated. Re: Rayman 3
No, it has nothing to do with what version you’re playing, it’s random. By the way it’s so weird that the Muddibogs fight with a Hoodmonger. I mean they are both enemies, so why aren’t they allied? I never understood that. The Jonster wrote:Thanks Ray.

By the way, congrats for scoring over 100.000 in TLOTLD!
