Well, he's been obsessed with the letter X for years, with SpaceX, and apparently he wanted to rename PayPal to X about 20 years ago

I don't think so, it was just the putative ninth/tenth planet beyond Neptune, hypothesized to explain some apparent orbital irregularities (before we got better data and models that showed there are no real anomalies… I think…)

Who knows really… We were bombarded with doomsday scenarios about all sorts of websites being censored or taken down. It probably wouldn't have been as bad as people tried to make out (such things rarely are), but I recall there being some serious technical problems with the legislation as it was drafted and nearly passed…
