Can you tell me what size it needs to be in cm and width? Because my computer doesn't use px height

Images are literally made up of pixels, so it certainly does! What software did you use to make the signature? All image editing software at least has an option to measure via pixels, even if it isn't set to that by default (e.g. Photoshop).

Well don't use a word processor to edit images, use an image editor. OS X doesn't have one built-in, so I'd recommend downloading GIMP.

Upload your image here: www.postimage.org
Choose the "320x240 (for websites and email)" option, then it will resize it for you.

I was using iOS not OS X but I usually use my PC

2. This image is 320 px in height which is bigger than the 285 px limit.
