Everyone who's on the project, including myself, have been working on this at our own pace. While Ad has a lot planned out for the rest of the team, there's no guarantee the game will be done in the next year or two, especially taking all our busy schedules into account.

Indeed, it's a very large project, and there's so much to be done. Since good programmers who are dedicated are so difficult to come across, I'm trying to learn some C++ myself to hopefully push things along faster.

Mm, C++. Nice language - very resourceful and broadly used.

Everytime I log in I'm pleasantly surprised by the progress you make each time Ad!
It's looking better and better every time!
Gotta say the walls of text made by some of the other people are filled with brilliant ideas too!
Keep up the good work guys! (And if I can help with anything at all just ask and I'll be there)

No info really, I haven't had much time. I'll update people on that as it goes.

I can't help it but I really find this concept adorable. :3

No kidding. Someone draw it immediately! I would, but I'm still trying to work out my skill with limbless babies.

I've actually forgotten about doing those sketches. Once I'm done with this commission I'm working on, I'll get started on the nymph babies.

Hm, limbless babies like little
Raynie for example?

Even if I don't like the whole kitschy Wind-Rayman-thing very much (which doesn't mean that I don't respect the work behind it), I think Raynie looks kind of funny and would quite fit in Rayman's world, at least in my humble opinion. However, can't wait to see some sketches.

Or like Skye from The Guardian (Rayman fanfic from Fanfiction.net).

I must say, guys, I'm hungry for some content! Got anything neat or cool or funny or awkward or (...) or conceptual to show us?

Mr. Dark is Dark Rayman.
Think about it, the blue-ish color, the yellow eyes. He was prolly a failed creation or something. Maybe he consists of Dark Electoons like Rayman, who consists of... Well, pink Electoons. Also he's limbless (I know everyone was limbless in Rayman 1, but we haven't really seen him since) and he's always wearing that cloak and hat to hide his appearance. Wait why did I say this

Mr. Dark is definitely NOT same person as Dark Rayman.

Heh. It could be.

I mean, look, they even both share the same shoecolour!

Meh, at this point, I feel that anything goes, guess it'd be a bit of a twist to have DarkRay revealed as Mr. Dark. Though in all fairness and honesty, I'd find any revelation of the sort to be underwhelming, I feel that Mr. Dark can and could be built up more in terms of who he is, but completely tearing off the cloak would kill the character for me. I feel it's that air of intrigue and uncertainty (mixed with the completely odd name) that makes Mr. Dark who he is.

Exactly. Mr. Dark isn't supposed to be decloaked - it's part of his identity as much as Rayman's floating extremities are a part of his. Imagine a limbed Rayman - that'd be atrocious!
Oh... wait.
