Am I the only one who noticed that the dragon that we see at the end of the new trailer...



...is the one who appears on the box art ?

Nice find! It moved a little too fast for me to catch that.

He looks disappointingly low-poly.

The only thing that is kinda bugging me is how those pixels are shining like celebrities in that model.

and he's noseringless in-game.. eh I think it's better without that ugly thing

Maybe they use multiple models: low-poly ones for objects that only flash by on the screen, like this one, high-poly for ones you actually encounter.
Or maybe not - and it's low poly. Will we really care that much?

Well, aside from the fact that low-poly models in a world filled with beautiful, detailed artwork stick out like a sore thumb, yes.

By the way,I like so much last trailer,nearly everyday I watch this trailer,I don't know why. As for this red dragon,I noticed something....

Do you remember this?

First time,I fought it was Murray,but then I saw this trailer...Yeah,it's red dat red dragon. Err...probably his name is Nemo? xD

Wasn't it said somewhere that the Ubiart engine is able to render two-dimensional drawings into three-dimensional polygonal models? If that is true, perhaps it results in low-poloygon counts. Other 3D models we've seen in the game suffer from low-polygon counts as well, like the other "plump" dragons have quite a few jagged edges, but the models aren't very large, so it is harder to tell. And yes, I noticed the red dragon the first time I watched the trailer, I just didn't feel the need to mention, considering it is hard to miss spotting it. I also expected him to be a little more than the Magician's pet.

I liked the Magician better when he looked like this.

I expected that HE will be the main villain or something else,but Magician come back and....he is like a pet... .__.
Nevertheless,I can't believe that just one little Teensie built a factory again(but now under the sea) and tamed this big dangerous beast. HOW? And it's also interesting how he had survived in RO.

Me too but the magician's species had to be retconned when Rayman was etablished as the only limbless beeing.

Maybe at one point of the game, Rayman will fight the dragon, and beat him.
But then, the dragon will come back, still alive. And Rayman will discover that this creature isn’t an organic creature, but a robot. And he will fight him again.

I never expected nor wanted the dragon to be the primary villain. But since the Magician is back, why not make the best of it, and maybe actually have him use his magical abilities to spawn the dragon or something like that.
