I don't know... the Bubble Dreamer really does not feel like a god any more... and he doesn't look like one too. He now looks more like a regular Glade creature. What's so godlike about him now?
Granted, the old design was a bit weird... but at least it was otherworldly. That gave him a more godlike feel than the current version.

I totally agree with this. To me the worst change in Polokus was his name. Should have never been changed. Polokus sounds much more God-like, and Bubble Dreamer sounds just boring. Plus now his design just looks like a very lazy glute who never moves.

I like Polokus's eyes. They're mysterious and remind me a tad of A Clockwork Orange.

The old design didn't look like a god either, just a top hat (a recycled top hat) and some pants. He has an epic ginger beard and sunglasses now, that's enough to look like a pretty awesome god.

His name hasn't been changed, he's just refered to as the Bubble Dreamer, but the Nymphs still mention his name in Rayman Origins.

Because the original Polokus was very athletic. Oh wait, he was lying on a stone for the entire game.

Once again, I have to agree with you, Sergio. Polokus's new design from Rayman Origins is very much appealing to me. I can definitely see him as a god that loves to hang out with his creations, which he is. While I can also see the appeal in his previous design (those arms, man...), you can't go wrong with epic, ginger beards.

I agree with both Sergio and Earth Gwee. I favor the Bubble Dreamer look more.

I prefer the Bubble Dreamer design, name aside. I really wish they would address him solely by Polokus from now on, and also make him wiser. Polokus seemed very omniscient in Rayman 2, whereas in RL so far, he is rather mellow, sitting idly, and it gives the impression that he is thinking of little to nothing. You've gotta' love those long arms though.

For me it's kind of a tie. I think I like the look of Polokus in RL a lot more, but I like his personality in Rayman 2 a lot more, so it ends up as a tie.

I love the Rayman Legends Polokus. He looks stoned, yes, but in a sense he also looks like he could be the Rayman 2 Polokus, just after having wakened for a while.

Yep. Plus, he's a god. He can lounge around all he wants.
