Well, yes. Some people like huge difficulty, so this seems like a good compromise.

I don't know about difficulty scalers that will scale that much. I think if a scaler would affect something like the fish that way, it should be that the punishment gets decreased/increased, not that the whole fish gets removed.

Probably. Maybe on lower difficulty have Rayman stuck to the balloon, like he sticks to plums in R2.
