The one I'm talking about is actually in teh Football Club. Chinese and Fried Ice Cream is a really great meal though.
Currently eating an egg mayo sandwich while waiting for our mousse to set.
It's weird right, 'cause we've never made any mousse before, let alone some with vege-gel. Because it's not gelatine [neither is it agar agar], it has to be prepared differently but once we did it was plain sailing since we have an electric mixer to whisk everything up. It's just that I picked up a chocolate cook bok for 20p in my charity shop and I had that vege-gel that wasn't gonna get used otherwise. Good thing you can still use stuff only a few days after its best before date.
Chinese and Fried Ice Cream is a really great meal though.
