Eh, I can't say I was a brilliant student in philosophy (or that my teacher was entertaining while explaining the stuff) but at least she was showing movies to us that focused in a philosophical theme.OldClassicGamer wrote:That used to be my favourite Class of them all back in High School days. I was originally going to create another full-length reply to your latest post, but I figured my time would be better spent doing this:Son of Dark wrote:I'm really insulted, I believe my theories to be logical

Acknowledged of course, though I don't know what 'just being human' has to do with this.Son of Dark wrote:At the end of the day, I don't want our beliefs on fate to cause us to be unfriendly, and you're right, you're lectures, (some stuff you say is explained and I've acknowledged your information) won't change my view on the matter, we are only human
Well that's certainly not a response I was hoping to hear.OldClassicGamer wrote:That used to be my favourite Class of them all back in High School days. Why? Same thing here. I wasn't a major fan of the philosophy classes but I wouldn't be stupid either in falling asleep during classes (especially in the 10th grade, where the teacher was also our Class Director). But if I compare the marks I had in my high school course, Philosophy is one of the subjects that harmed more my average.Adsolution wrote:Well that's certainly not a response I was hoping to hear.
That is correct,Master wrote:So you've just done your GCSEs then, and thus an important day looms for you come August 22nd, no?
I've just done my first year in College/Sixth Form.

Meh, when you're bored basically all the time like I am you learn to get used to it. [Insert moar 4n957]Keane wrote:Daily doldrum? Being fucking bored. Looks like a really interesting movie. I'm actually very interested in philosophy and my therapist actually told me jokingly that I should be a philosopher. I wasn't aware that my broodiness was wise and angsty enough to the point that I could become a philosopher.Haruka wrote:Eh, I can't say I was a brilliant student in philosophy (or that my teacher was entertaining while explaining the stuff) but at least she was showing movies to us that focused in a philosophical theme.OldClassicGamer wrote:That used to be my favourite Class of them all back in High School days.
