I'm interested to know how you do on SBTC. My current score on that is awful.

Ahhhh!! I'm annoyed with myself right now. I grabbed the green gem the first time with the combo and then by some strange tragedy I ended up closing the window I was playing Rayman 3 on. NOooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!
I'd pull up the savestate except then my game will get corrupted again. Stupid pop-up!
Currently my score in that area was 59000 something so at least I improved, definitely.

Not bad at all, my suckish score was like 33000

Yeah, I guess I'll go back to it eventually when i feel like it.

Hmmm...I just realize now that if I finish TOTL now, I'll be short of 700K, since I'm not capable yet of getting the maximum score. Time to replay some levels!

I also want to say to you two that y'all don't need to worry about the Longest Shortcut much. Higher scoring opportunities in all other worlds except the Fairy Council. Focus on those two worlds last.

Ironically those are the two worlds I focused on!
Alright no worries I'll focus on a world that actually would be more worth it. Like TSBTC or HH (just 9000 to go...)

My LOTLD score on xbox is now 109817. The total is only 495653 because some levels like CF for example is only 50k on the xbox because I was terrible last time I played that version

I've gone back to CF. I think it and LOTLD, and possibly TSBTC are the ones where i can improve on defiintely before moving to the last level.

I'll do CF tomorrow and try sort out those extremely bad scores I have on the xbox. I'm sure 600k will be a walk in the park, 700k is where it'll probably challenge me.

I'll say, 700K is challenging me right now!
I still haven't tried any of the glitches intentionally unless it was unexpected.

Some of them only make a small difference but then some of them can be huge. That balloon jumping and getting the vortex on LOTLD does make a big difference but I think that only works on xbox. Then again you can accumulate the points elsewhere on LOTLD. I'd love to just not screw up the combos but I guess if I play the same level enough times it'll implant in my skull

Yeah, several of my combos are already fixated in my brain. I hope when I play this months from now I'll still remember all these combos. Not that I'm quitting of course, i'm thinking somewhere int he far off future when I pick this up again

Still can't get hit that cage in phase 3 of CF before defeating the wave of hoodlums. How do you do it again?

Oh, if you stand on the stage where the green gem appears then you run and jump to the right at the very edge, he'll grab the platform above. Worked on PC when I tried it but I'm not sure about GameCube. I'd like to test these things on GameCube but I don't have a save and I'd prefer to test with dolphin due to the controller. I feel like the inverted camera and the shape of the left analog stick will set me back a bit.

I just tested it and it works!

I have to try get a good score in CF on xbox in a bit now. I don't think I really need to get the max scores for now but I'll try just get 100k again on CF for a start. That will bring my xbox score up to 544000 already

....I think I did TOO well now. i have made the unfortunate mistake in accumulating too many points before reaching the Teensie Highway. Yay, I get to continuously throw myself off the Teensie highway for what will seem like a long time.

That happened me the other day on LOTLD because I didn't have 100k yet on the highway. Annoying right

Omg for me it didn't happen on TLOTLD, it happened in Clearleaf Forest. Ah well, while I'm waiting, gonna take care of some things.
