I really didn't like MK8 for some reason... It doesn't have the same... FEEL... THE SAME... FEEEEEL

Mario Kart Wii is my favourite in the series and will always have a place in my heart. It was just... Just so... Perfect. *solitary tear rolls down cheek*
I've been recently playing Advance Wars and osu! Lots of osu!

It's moreso the fact Mario Kart has become incredibly milked to the point where we're all worn out.
Nintendo really needs to deliver a new F-Zero, I'd much prefer that.

I still love MKWii just as much though, and MK7 was pretty good. MK8 just doesn't feel right at all, I find it boring and it's upsetting because I can't put my finger on what's wrong with it. MKWii is still a blast though.
And yeah, a new F-Zero would be great

I think I know why : MK8 is a bit more fair than MKWii (which is, I'll admit, my least favorite in the serie). The number of times you want to launch your Wii at the window because you were in 1st place, 50m from the finish line and suddenly receive a blue-shell which sends to back to 8th at best is just too damn high.

Yeah I enjoyed Mk7 far more than 8, an actual included battle mode.
I've played Mario Kart wii on Dolphin Emulator often and it has some pretty incredible mods.

Looks like the gaming journalism from MrBadGuay is bought by the developpers.

Screw Brandon, he doesn't know what he's talking about (he thinks the original DKC games are way better than the newer ones, what a fag). I've been a fan of the series since MKWii. Just add me on your Wii U and I'll see what happens because I think I may have Ebola.

No Rayfist I don't think I have. You should add me since I have no access to my Wii U today.

Been playing few things lately...
No More Heroes: Heroes Paradise, a remake of a Wii game on the PS3, excellent hack 'n slash. The game is incredibly flawed compared to the amazing sequel however it's incredibly style, wacky humor, and addictive gameplay make up for it. Would love to see a remake of the second one for PS4/Xbox One/STEAM but I don't see it happening sadly.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Yep I finally started this, last night, it's really great. My first game in the Monster Hunter series but it's a lot of fun, my only main gripe is that there are quite a lot of fetch quests, I just want to hunt some monsters damn it. Game looks gorgeous on new 3DS, works incredible with analog stick.
Rayman 2 The Great Escape (PC), oh god, what is this? Played through this game so many times it's insane, but yep, it's been a year or so since I've played the PC version of R2 so I decided to come back to it. This is the GoG version since as of now... I am without a disc drive. Easily my favorite 3D platformer, don't think that'll be replaced ever.

My gosh, Ad', you made me laugh on this one, hue...
Began Dragon Age II last week. It's quite different from the first one in many aspects: the gameplay is still oriented around teamfight strategy, although these fights are happening way faster and require some good decisions about your character's movements around the battlefield. Basic attacks are actually quite meaningful in this game when compared to the first opus (dayum, my mages can still do shit when they are out of mana!).
The plot structure has also a bit changed, being less about the "bad guys from another world invading, you gather forces from all the country, and you pwn them baddies". You arrive in a city and you do things there (I'm only 8 hours into the game, I don't know a lot about the rest. Besides, it will avoid spoilers

).
What's also nice is that the amount of challenge is still there even if you played the first game. It's only coming in a different way: Enemies packs are WAY bigger, but they are appearing by groups during a fight: the first group is quite packed up, while the other guys are coming here and there if you kill their friends. It makes it very difficult to focus all the attention of them onto your main tank after the first wave. Your squishy mages can quickly get overwhelmed, and with them most of your burst and control. I spent roughly 10 tries on only two packs yesterday due to them being very annoying in their placements ("How do you drop a guy right behind my mage, you bloody game?")
Graphics are top-notch. These are very reminsicent of the evolution between the first and second Mass Effect games : going from a very-classic space-opera/fantasy style to a more punchy yet unique environment, especially through the design of glyphs and paintings throughout the game (loading screens, maaaaan, they are the real deal! You sure don't want to mess with them designers :'O...).
For now, it's a nice game. I'll have to finish it to say if it was better than the first one though: playing a rogue right now, and although target-switching mechanics are always fun to watch (he's tumbling and jumping while switching targets. Gutsy moves!), it sometimes doesn't put him in rage of his target, making me lose a huge amount of time jsut to have him hitting something. Worse, if I'm playing another character, he's just stuck in the middle of the battlefield like a sitting duck, not even trying to hit somebody...maybe my tactics are flawed, but it's still a big flaw in my game experience right now. :'(

@Ad, actually I meaned that oral exams in school are the best type of exams. There is literally nothing you need to train for and it's super easy! You just go there, talk for 10mins and that's it! Much better, then sitting for many hours writing an exam X_X
