I haven't literally done anything apart from move convergence magnets and adjust the flyback pots. I was wondering about changing a bad cap but I'm not sure it's worth my while, just to be on the safe side.

I don't think so. I have heard all this master race stuff before but I just like collecting all the retro stuff and having all the consoles in case an exclusive I like gets released basically.

There have been other posts from people who have discouraged me from posting for awhile. Really I think my personality and my impulsiveness is the problem here.
