I don't think Etruscan was Runic, although the Runic alphabets were most likely based on it, or a close cousin of it.

Yes, runes are likely based off either Greek and Etruscan, or maybe neither, or maybe both!

Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Glagolitic, Armenian, Georgian, Amharic, Devanagari, Tamil, Hangul... lots more come to mind, but that's ten already.
