He IS playable, his moveset is just different than all the other playable characters.

Correct, Rayman Dictées is a crossover between Rayman and "Les aventures de Tim 7 (The adventure of Tim 7)".

Wow cool. I just seen that there was completely different human characters in the game and that it's a French game so was only in France and Canada.
Clue #3: There are instances of this object that can hurt Rayman on impact, but also instances of ones that won't hurt.
