Some big news for today. A Japanese guy Katsuo Yoshikai claims that he leaked trailer for Crash Bandicoot XS Wii U Virtual Console release. According to description in video, he claims trailer will be shown officially on 30th September alongside with Crash Bandicoot character announcement for Super Smash Bros. What are your thoughts on this?

As always : fake until proven otherwise.

But on a side note : if Crash were to make it in Sm4sh and not Rayman, I'm gonna be super pissed.

Crash did have more votes than Rayman in Japanese Smash Ballot as far as I remember.
Also, come on
Be happy for Crash either way if he makes it in.

To be honest, while Crash Bandicoot on Virtual Console could be pretty plausible, i don't think he is going to appear in Smash since there are characters with a lot more votes

One Japanese guy in comments commented it is probably fake, but uploader responded claiming that he guarantees everything is true.
I dunno guys. Japanese people rarely lie. I am really starting to think the info is real.

If you're a fan of platformers I really do recommend playing the originals on PS1, I think you'd likely enjoy a little bit. I can understand why the series may not appeal to some people though, but they are really solid platformers. The first one comes off as a bit cheap and kind of just has that "rushing to make a mascot to compete with Mario and Sonic" stench, but the 2nd and 3rd games on PS1 are extremely fun.
