Do you have a Xbox 360? It exists also for it.

I think the 4GB console lowed down to 150€, but it was too late for Microsoft. I bought the PS3, I also took in consideration that we only had one Blu-Ray Reader at home.

Shame all the fairies seem to have the same exact animation, I was hoping each one would do something different when you save them as a twist, oh well.

It's good enough. Not as good as HD Collector's Edition, but still.

Spoiler! Highlight text below to view.
It seems we'll be using Moskito to travel from the jungle to the music world. Looks like a nice transition between the worlds!
I say everyone should use these tags for spoilers from now on.

Indeed, I was also about to suggest that since lately many new things were revealed. So yes, start to use transparent text guys!

I personally won't watch any gameplay video anymore. I prefer to wait now.

Same here, the only gameplay I'll watch are snippets from the Daily Bubbles.

SPOILER (I hope i got the right way)
I read somewhere that you have to free the fairys in the first maps, I think. Also it makes very much sence to the gameplay: In each world you need a certain power very often (not like in rayman 1). Also you you must get this certain power really early (example: in the music world you need to fly a lot). Also if you watch the moskito video....its very likely that these two maps are meant to be connected.

BTW: One moskito level in the music world is called Presto Moskito, I got this from a french gameplay video that was posted a few pages before.
Also according to that video the french name of the first music map is called "Bonnes vibrations", which is basically the same as "Crazy Bouncing", I think (not sure)

Transparency fixed! - Haruka

I wish I hadn't watched those clips, because it's made me wonder whether this game is actually going to be any good or not.

Most of the music sounds over-the-top and annoying. I don't like the four-player thing, it just makes the levels look too frenetic and rushed.

Instead of a direct sequel/prequel to Rayman 1, it seems they have tried to blend the elements of Rayman 1 with the elements of the second & third games. This is a missed opportunity in my opinion, and a real let down for those of us who really wanted a proper 2D follow-up to the first game. Sorry to say that, but the only thing this game has in common with the first game is the fact that it's 2D. It's more like a 2D version of Rayman 3.

Sure, Rayman 1 had strong cartoon elements, but it was a pretty slow-paced and laid back game. Origins comes across as being more like a silly, fast-paced party game, where four friends can get together and mess about slapping each other until they get bored. Sadly this is a sign of the way the gaming industry is heading. There are no games for the serious gamer, or for gamers who enjoy difficult puzzle solving.

Rant over, here's hoping that I'll be proved wrong when I finally get to play the game...

I fixed the transparency, but I didn't read the text.

Although I admit I'm a curious person, I prefer to do an effort and not watch more gameplay videos of RO until I beat the game alone. I just don't want to see spoilers before I get my hands on it. If I do, it will lose some magic when it arrives the time to play the game.
