Did you see anything of a picture world?
Highlight text to read: Absolutely not, there's nothing more than two forest worlds, two music worlds, two food worlds, two ocean worlds, two mountain worlds and the Land of the Livid Dead.

Rayman dancing after he defeats an enemy, just like the first game.

Awesome!

Ancel dancing in the video as well. That man is utterly bonkers.

SPOILER
About the Mr. Dark thing....I also thought about that when Rayman 1 was out and I hadn't finnished it. The magican is a litte mysterious in the intro of R1 so why he may not be the bad guy and only isn't telling us this ;) And their shoes look a little bit the same.

@ Huch: Can we see Wuigi on the presentation?

This is definitely Bad Rayman, judging by the yellow eyes. Here's the best I could get:

I'll try to take a picture of the T-shirt if I go again.

Nope, I talked to him right after the presentation.

So, my theory was true, the magician teensie IS Mr Dark!
And to be honest, I still don't really like the music :/
Of course the gameplay will be great so it'll definitely be a good game.

Yeah, but in R1 that made sense, 'cause maybe Mr. Stone was being in control of Mr. Dark. Here, it's basically... ''well, you guys found me and in shock I fell over and my hat fell off my head. Um... LET'S BOOGIE!!''.

I don't think that Mr Dark kidnapped the real Magician ....
Check out the video where the Magician was talking ( http://s017.radikal.ru/i402/1110/d1/f89fb8360492.jpg ) and when Mr Dark was mumbling happily something ( http://s017.radikal.ru/i427/1110/d1/ce44d4f81992.jpg )when check point. Their voices are similiar! :?

I’m far too eager to turn down any spoiler that comes my way.

That revelation was brilliantly soul-destroying, but it’s not exactly surprising – I’ve been saying that the Magician was Mr Dark for years, though I was never entirely serious. They wear similar dark-blue and purple clothes, along with similar hats, and shoes of the same pointy shape. You hear the Magician’s voice more than any other character’s, but you never really hear Mr Dark’s. The only part of Mr Dark’s body that you see are his eyes – the Magician’s are conveniently hidden. And of course, the two never appear at the same time. It’s only natural that a few of us have put the pieces together before now – what’s stunning is that the developers actually went through with including it as a twist in the game.

I didn’t like the dancing at first, but then I remembered that most of the bosses in the original game danced when they were defeated, as though Rayman had purged them of their evil and redeemed them. I used to think Mr Dark was controlling them and that Rayman broke the spell, or something similar. We now know that the corruption of what were once inherently good characters is caused by the nightmares of Polokus. I sort of preferred the idea that Mr Dark was pure evil and completely irredeemable (and non-dancing), but I guess that’s still the case at the time of R1.

I wonder what this says about R1? Did Rayman know that the Magician was Mr Dark all along? Is the Magician really nothing more than a ruse, or is he one side of a Jekyll & Hyde-type dual personality? Maybe these things will be answered by the game. Until then, we can revel in the fact that Rayman Junior is now officially non-canonical.

Very interesting piece of text there, Spiral. It was fun speculating about the matter when there was still no confirmation about it, but now there is, I feel a part of the fun has disappeared.
Oh well, we can restart speculating about whether that blue-haired nymph is supposedly Ly.

PS
Didn't feel the need for spoiler tags since I didn't really say anything - merely referenced to something said. Cover in spoiler tags if found necesary.
