Not DSi surely, there's only dark blue ones in that one. But it seems the DSi version lacks in a lot of things... I'm surprised I actually got the enemy thing correct, considering there's so many things that are different between the PC and DSi version.

Water Clown: They freely wander on their platform, turning backwards when they face an obstacle. When Rayman is in sight, they start throwing water balloons at him.

No, mr. Dark's lair is in Rayman junior, so no one clowns do attack Rayman.
