< says that registry cleaners are a Windows computer's best friend. Or doesn't ^ run a Windows OS?

Basically, the Registry system in all versions of Windows is a pile of crap to such an extent that if the only thing you did with your computer all its life long was boot it, make one Notepad file, save it, remove it again and shut down again, it would still make your computer slower and slower, even though none of its hard drive capacity, seemingly, has been used up. This is because the computer creates 'pointers' to a file when you use it, create it, save it, etc. so the computer can know where its information is all the way down to the machine language level. However, it doesn't clean up after itself. The result is that the Registry gets filled up with loose ends - pointers that put the thing on a wild goose chase; road signs that don't lead anywhere. This clogging of useless information causes the computer to lose its capacity to... thhhiiiinnnkk... straaaiiggghhttt and it ends up being slower than you'd expect it should be.
Basically: a Registry cleaner removes the loose ends. It speeds up your PC so much, it's unbelievable. Especially if you haven't done a Registry cleanup for years or even worse, since the computer was first booted (like < hadn't done).
<'d say the best course of action to speed up a PC is
- remove old and unnecessary files;
- do a disk defragmentation;
- perform a Registry cleanup.
Of course, you should look out about which programs you use - use something that's not entirely trustworthy and it may result in some hacker corrupting your Registry.

< uses Uniblue RegistryBooster <'s self.

< had to go to the high school to pick a paper
< says that the paper story wouldn't take more than 2 minutes but it transformed into 1 hour of burocratical complications
< says that nobody in the secretary knew where my papers were and that it was actually missing a third one that < had no knowledge about or got informed
< had to go to the paper copy shop of school three times because the other two times weren't the correct paper (and at the second attempt the lady of the paper even phoned the secretary to make sure if it was the correct paper but it wasn't afterall)
< finally filled the correct paper, got handed over the paper < had to pick in the beginning and < left
< was about to punch someone at that time

< feels for ^, it's annoying when one must suffer and have time wasted due to the incompetence of others.

Funnily enough < is following that checklist so far, < has done the first, and is in the middle of the second, < will see about doing the third action once < has garnered the "courage" to do so.

< says that it is 100% safe to perform a registry clean, it does not do any harm and such to your computer, nay ( as Shroobie said ) it will make it faster.
