Is a Rayman's age determined using its nose? Do you count the layers? Do you count the rings inside? Do you count the polygons? Do you measure the circumference?

Honestly, I wanted to ask this as well.

By the radius length of his stomach I would say

@Rulez If we have the R1 generation in account, it is definitely through the nose size. Now with the other generations, it is difficult to say due to the lack of elements that could give us evidences.

Peel off some of the live flesh from his back. During every annual shedding/molting season, a very thin, 30µm residue (each with its own slightly modified complexion in order to gain an advantage over the previous skin) is left behind on the new skin; thus, the amount of layers corresponds to his age.
Alternatively, you can take a pair of pliers and break off one of his scales, as they have direct signs that signify age. Unfortunately, these scales run deep, and if done incorrectly, can rip open to cause a fatal wound that will not stop bleeding.

Ah, so that is (kind of) canon then? That's been my headcanon for the longest time that younger whateverraymanis have smaller noses.
Dang, can't believe I didn't notice this topic for so long! Gotta draw fanart of cousin Pierre now.

Oh my god, Eshap. XD
@THEDragon It is plausible. Remember the Musician's family.

Yes, how could I of all people forget?

That baby was the reason I had the headcanon.
Also, I drew (My interpretation of) Pierre and he looks just like Andrew but with different colours... If Andrew, The Magician and Pierre all wore the same outfits they would be identical and everyone would have a breakdown because they can't tell which one is which.

I wonder if I can set the standard for Pierre's appearance. I'm pretty sure that's what happened with Andrew.

I'm still amazed that Andrew became so quickly well known by fans of Rayman 1 XD. It was worth making a playthrough of that game

He certainly did become popular after that playthrough

He had very little fanart before that, and I believe one artist depicted him with purple clothes.

I know this is an old thread but, does French with Rayman work on Windows Vista or Windows 10?

No, you have to use Dosbox to make it work, like for the original game.

You might be able to get it to run on a 32-bit version of these operating systems, using NTVDM. Not that I recommend it.
