Well it should show all the other active topics, and this one seems to only show due to being a global announcement. Another forum I help run shows all the active topics with in the time frame it is set to. I just would wish this one works.

Hm, calculating that myself, that's a slightly generous approximation, I would round to 2.6%

Yeah, it gave me 2,6%, but normally you start rounding numbers from six decimals on, that's why I said it was approximately 3%.

Just run the names through a randomizer, and let a random user be chosen.
