I seriously wouldn't mind if England or France, travelling to their will cost pretty much the same, no? But I heared that french people hate others who can't speak french at all. I believe that's bullshit though.

My friend told me he had language problems in France and that many people even if they knew English did not wanted to speak woth him.

However, I think that is nothing more than a stereotype and that all French people cannot be generalized like that. Everyone is different. In pretty much every country ever, there will always be someone who will dislike people who don't speak their language.

I voted for good old Deutschland, as it's closest to my lazy ass!

I need to communicate somehow and I cannot even pronounce anything on French correct, let alone understand it
I am also afraid to try to learn some basics and speak because it would maybe feel like I am making fun of the language which I would never do.
