Look what just arrived in my mail!

It's number 149 out of 500

Nice

So they do label them. I wonder who got number 1.
Also, 149 is really bad number of sales right now in my opinion. I was expecting this to be sold out already

People should really rush for this before it's too late.

That's not true at all. They possibly put the numbers even before shipping books, and they are given randomly to people who ordered.
I can say that because I got 446, and I ordered it ASAP. And it's still available on Pix'n'Love website. Do not tell me they wouldn't have been able to sell them out if it were to be like you said. Because 50 books should have been already sold according to that and the fact I had ordered it very quickly/received it last Saturday...

Sorry then, my mistake. Didn't know it worked like that when ordering from them.

It's probably harder to synchronize the order of orders with the number written in the books. And then a big headache plus a waste of time. Personnally, I'd rather take a random order and send to the person a book with a random number. It only proves that it was a part of a limited edition. I don't know if a lot of people care about having a specific number aside from maybe the first and the last one. Still...XD

It doesn't change the valour of the collector's edition anyway if it is number 1 or 500.
I got number 410 if you are curious.

Believe me, some people really want to obtain these numbers.
I could have given it a bit before, but I don't know why, I chose not to do so.
I challenge anyone on RPC to obtain a bigger number than mine

It might be because I opted for standard shipping but I still haven't received my copy yet and I was never given an exact date for when it's coming (did everyone else?), it just said it was shipped.

I would personally really like if mine is 1 or 500. I know it doesn't change valour of it but I dunno. Something about knowing to own first or last feels good.
I doubt I would get either though

You said that right

When did Pix tell you it was shipped? Depending on your location, it would take between 3 and 8 days for the book to arrive.

On email, it didn't tell me anything when was shipped however I yesterday checked URL for order and it says shipped. Since direct shipping is not avalible for me (although Motormike promised me people at Pix will look into why my location is glitching when I try to order (country is listed fine, but when I select it 0 options were displayed for shipping, yet Pix said that they did not regionally restrict my location), it will first be shipped on other French address and then forwarded to me.

Also, shipping from France to England will have to be via plane, train or boat - there may be a delay there too, seeing as when shipping to other European countries, there are more alternatives.

I bought my book way later than others and it's number 334. One off of 333, bah!

I wasn't given a date, personally, but I think those who bought through Amazon France did. I chose the fastest option and it came after about 4 days, so you may have a while longer to wait. Not sure, though.

Surely not! You could also choose to transport by motorcycle (films for theatres travel like so), mail (wo)man, space shuttle, long-distance pogo stick, cannon, flying fridge or mule.

Okay, so Pix asked a company to transport its books by motorcycle through the entire Europe.
Now that's interesting

Glad to see you (mostly) received the book. Hope you'll have some French friends of yours to help you read it ^^
Today, I got an email from Ubi Montpellier. Ancel and the team truly liked it so I'm really glad

I already read the first chapter and a bit of the second one and I'm loving it so far!
@Cairnie My book arrived in 5 exact work days after the notification of shipping so for you it should take maybe 3 work days.

I managed to read the preface by Michel Ancel with a lot of effort
