Actually that is a great idea Incognito. It probably would be a good idea to send them out before RD. It could really help.

Okay, so here is what I am gonna do, I'll take care of sending invitations to previous year's participants, but, for doing so, I'll create an account that I will share the credentials with the moderating team.

I'll call that account "Event Handler" or "Event-Bot".
