OH YEAH!!! I remember now you can rip to .obj from 3D Ripper DX :oops2:
I know only 3DS Max supports the .3dr file though.

If maps snapshots from harry potter 1,2 pc including jazz jackrabbit 3d will sucks i don't what to do?Plus Half-Life 1(I have no idea how can i play half-life 1 beta/prototype in windows 8.1)

Did you select that model you want? Normally what I do is delete all the stuff around the model or object I want and then proceeded to fix it up. Once I have the model isolated I reset the xform and align the move tool to the center pivot. Then convert to editable poly and target weld all the vertices to one. But that's with 3DS Max. Have you thought about switching? Also for half-life 1 beta have you tried running it in capability mode for Windows 98 or XP?

yeah compatibility mode sure i swap files in correct folder direction i achieved in half-life 1 beta hud from quake 1 engine and nothing else.

I wish I could help you there :oops2: I have a second computer for things like that. Normally when I cant get an older program to run on Windows 7 Ultimate. I put it on my Windows XP computer and it runs fine.

So 3DSMax has something like subdivision surface in blender??Does 3D Ripper and 3DS Max reads .unr map files?

Not natively. I can't seem to find a plugin either.

3DS Max's main subdivision tool is "TurboSmooth" and "MeshSmooth" You can also toggle the subdivisions in editable poly too.
Although if you already know how to use blender well enough you should have no problem switching to 3DS Max.

I know you can import a .obj and export to .dae or .fbx. (both of which 3DS Max supports.)

3DS Max 2009 is fine. Keygens.... I uh d̶o̶n̶t̶ ̶k̶n̶o̶w̶. As long as your not a multimillion or billion dollar company trying to be cheap by using a keygen then its all good. 8)
